Ruvven Shipping Policy

At Ruvven, we pride ourselves on being a Digital-First Brand. We focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality curated products directly to you, efficiently and at fair prices.
We partner with top-tier logistics providers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

1. Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed and dispatched from our international distribution centres within 1 to 3 working days. Once shipped, you will receive an automated tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United Kingdom (UK Priority): 6 to 10 Working Days
    • Final delivery handled by: Royal Mail (Tracked Service).
  • European Union (European Priority): 8 to 15 Working Days
    • Final delivery handled by: DHL (Germany), Colissimo (France), or trusted National Post services (rest of Europe).

Please note: "Working Days" do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Order Tracking
Transparency is key. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we will email you a tracking link.

  • For UK Orders: Tracking will update via Royal Mail once the parcel clears customs and arrives in the UK network.
  • For EU Orders: You can track your parcel from dispatch to final delivery via our local partners (DHL, Colissimo, etc.).

3. Where We Ship From
To provide a unique catalogue and competitive pricing, we use a "Direct-to-Consumer" model. Our products are shipped directly from our global distribution centres. This allows us to cut out the middleman and unnecessary storage costs, passing the savings directly on to you.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • UK & EU: We strive to make the delivery process seamless.
  • However, international shipments may occasionally be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country's customs office once the parcel arrives. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Our dispatch system is automated to ensure speed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Ruvven is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, a re-shipping fee may apply.
