Ruvven Return & Refund Policy

At Ruvven, we want to ensure a clear and fair experience. We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that Ruvven is an exclusively online business. We do not have physical retail locations for returns. All returns must be sent via post or courier to the specific returns address provided by our support team.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns (EU & UK) In compliance with consumer protection laws in the European Union and the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, you must contact us at support@ruvven.com within 14 days of receipt. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the address of our returns warehouse and instructions on how to send your package.

  • Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the original shipping label without contacting us first, as this may be a logistics hub that cannot process refunds.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Item: Ruvven will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Damages, Issues, and Legal Guarantee Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us within the 14-day window if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Note: For customers in Spain and the EU, this policy does not affect your statutory rights under the applicable Legal Guarantee of Conformity (typically 3 years in Spain and 2 years in the EU) regarding manufacturing defects.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers).
  • Custom products (personalised items).
  • Personal care goods (earrings, underwear, beauty products) that have been unsealed or used, for hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days.
  • If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@ruvven.com.
